How do I look up a customer?

Just type their name in the chat — first name, last name, or both. MyPinkAssistant will find them even if you misspell it.

How do I add a new customer?

Type it like you'd text it — something like "New customer Jane Smith, 555-123-4567, jane@email.com." The app will confirm the details before saving anything.

How do I enter a customer order?

Tell the chat what your customer wants in plain language — no SKU numbers needed. The app matches the products from the Mary Kay catalog and places the order in MyCustomers automatically after you confirm.

Do I need to manually enter my personal inventory orders into my inventory?

No — when you place a personal inventory order through MaryKayInTouch.com, those items are added to your stock automatically. No manual entry needed.

How does MyPinkAssistant keep my personal inventory organized?

When you enter a customer order, those items are automatically removed from your stock. You can also update any item manually through chat, set par levels so MyPinkAssistant alerts you when something is running low, and print a PDF of your current inventory at any time.

How does the customer import work?

When you sign up and connect your InTouch account, your existing customers are pulled in automatically, allowing you to quickly look up their info or enter their orders to MyCustomers.

Can I look up order history?

Yes — just ask. Try "What did Sarah order last time?" or "Show me Jane's last 3 orders." Order history is available for any customer orders entered through MyPinkAssistant.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes, and you can make it an app! Open mypinkassistant.com in Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android), tap the share or menu button, and choose "Add to Home Screen." It will appear on your home screen and open like an app — no download required.

Is my InTouch password safe?

Yes. Your InTouch credentials are encrypted before being stored and are never readable in plain text — not even by us.

What do I need to sign up?

An active Mary Kay consultant account with InTouch credentials. That's it.
