MyPinkAssistant is a subscription-based software tool designed to help independent beauty consultants automate customer and order entry into Mary Kay® InTouch/MyCustomers.
MyPinkAssistant is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mary Kay Inc. “Mary Kay”, “InTouch”, and “MyCustomers” are trademarks of their respective owners.
We collect only the information necessary to provide our service, including:
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Your InTouch password is encrypted and never shared.
Payment information is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
We implement reasonable technical safeguards to protect account and customer data. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
MyPinkAssistant is offered as a monthly subscription. A free trial may be offered for a limited period. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled prior to renewal.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or use the platform for unlawful purposes.
MyPinkAssistant is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for lost revenue, business interruptions, or changes to third-party systems such as InTouch.
